In the very north of Vienna, far away from the city’s hustle and bustle, a new residential area, “Hirschfeld” has arisen. It is located on the edge of a green belt and consists of eleven apartment buildings that are surrounded by lots of space for neighbourly activities.

The buildings are connected through walkways and small squares where people can meet and enjoy their leisure time together. The paths have been lined with cherry trees and elms to provide fresh air and shade, especially during the hot summer season. The playground has been integrated into the landscape in a wild and natural way.

In order to offer residents comfortable seating, the landscape architects primarily opted for our HOP HOP benches, tables and wall attachments. The design is characterised by its simple and straight lines. HOP HOP is an extremely versatile range of products, with a multitude of options.

Amongst others, our furniture line BIBI has been integrated in the design concept of the inner courtyards. Just like HOP HOP, BIBI too offers a lot of design options within a single product line. Unlike HOP HOP, the BIBI surfaces are not made of wood but of HPL. What these two ranges share, however, is their approach to simplicity, timelessness and youthful elegance, which makes them a perfect match within the same project.

The table-bench-combination PICNIC perfectly complements the overall look of the project.
