Yes, it’s true! Roofus has been implemented just a year ago and has already won two design prizes – the famous German Design Award and the popular BIG SEE Product Design Award.

But it’s not only the awards that make us designers and manufacturers happy: Roofus has already been installed in so many nice projects all over the world!

Here are some impressions of the German International School in Abu Dhabi, where Roofus has been placed between bright sand and exotic trees. It provides a safe space for the students to learn, read, spend their lunch breaks or wait for the school bus.

Roofus is a sturdy table and bench combination that comes with a large, white roof. It offers protection from the blazing sun, which can be a real oasis in today’s increasingly hot cities. In case of unexpected rain, it holds a dry place for passersby.

You can choose between various options:

• high or low
• with or without seats
• spaces for wheelchairs
• with or without a roof
• many beautiful colours and décors.

It is also possible to line up several structures to create long seating areas.

The seat and table surfaces are made of HPL panels, which consist of 70% FSC-certified cellulose and 30% various resins. The material is highly weather-resistant and UV-stable. Graffiti and scribbles can easily be wiped off the smooth surface.

In the event of heavy damage, all single elements can be replaced individually.
