Innovation Meets Sustainability: Solar Workstations

presented by Archatrak

What are solar workstations?

The Scandik and Solari workstations offer a secure working environment as well as a space to charge multiple devices. Large overhead solar panels allow for plenty of energy to be stored for round the clock charging of electronic devices.

Scandik Solar Workstation Features

The Scandik workstation has a narrow profile, efficiently fitting into urban designs. The solar powered overhead lights allow for effective work at night or low light situations. The central panel can be used to grow various climbing plants, allowing for greenery to be incorporated into the workstation design. The workstations can be equipped with high tables for standing or bench seating that allows for a more comfortable working space. Equipped with 2 x USB A port 3.0 fast charge and 2 x USB A port 2.0 fast charge outlets, allows for multiple people to charge their devices at once.

Solari Solar Workstation Features

The larger solar overhead panels than the Scandik workstation allow for protection from the sun and rain, as well as minimization of vandalism. Equipped with bench seating and a sturdy table, the Solari allows for room to work or to sit and eat while charging devices. 440W of total power means there is plenty of power to charge as many devices as necessary. The Solari comes with 4 USB and 2QI charging pads as well as 2 x 120V charging outlets for laptops. There is no shortage of charging ability when using the workstation.

Benefits of Solar Workstations

With solar workstations, people gain the ability to work outside for extended periods of time without worrying about their battery life on laptops or other devices. With no electrical hookups necessary, the installation is cheaper and there is no fear of losing power if the power in the area goes out. By harnessing solar power, these workstations contribute to reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources, mitigating carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable practices. These workstations also contribute towards creating a place for people to work and commune during the day instead of spending their time indoors. Overall, solar workstations allow people to spend more time outside, while also promoting clean energy and sustainability.
